Dear Friends and Family. This year Harry, Sanne and I will join our friend Mark Dawson whose daughter Carys was diagnosed with leukaemia one year ago. Carys is now in remission but so much more work needs to be done for us to cure all children. So we are asking you to dig deep and donate and thank you for making a difference to the lives of children with cancer.

This weekend I was looking for plenty of inspiration as Harry participated in the NSW country Swim Championship at Sydney Olympic Park. If only I could swim that well! Its amazing how fast the next generation of swimmer are.
